Information we use

When you connect Discord or purchase a product, we may process your Discord user ID, username, display name, purchased product, order status, assigned build, license activity, timestamps and support history. Stripe processes payment details; Dont Jump does not receive or store complete card numbers.

Public profiles and search

Website accounts appear in username search. Public profiles may show a bio, selected Discord roles, and optional Discord ID. Private profiles remain searchable by name but hide their bio, roles, and profile details.

Why we use it

We use this information to verify purchases, grant product roles, deliver assigned files, generate license keys, prevent duplicate claims, investigate abuse, provide support and maintain transaction records.

Service providers

Our services use Discord for identity and delivery, Stripe for payment processing, and Cloudflare for hosting and data storage.

Retention and security

Purchase, entitlement and security records may be kept while needed to provide access, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may change profile visibility and Discord ID visibility in account settings, export your account data, or request eligible corrections and deletions through a Discord support ticket.
